Student Housing
We successfully delivered Social 28, a flagship student housing development located just 28 steps from the University of Florida in Gainesville.
As the design-build partner, our team led the project from concept to completion, managing all phases including planning, engineering, construction, and finish work. We transformed a prime location near campus into a vibrant, multi-story residential community tailored to student life. With a focus on efficiency, modern design, and long-term durability, our team integrated high-quality materials and innovative building practices to ensure lasting performance.

Miami Beach Ground-Up House
Pakalo Enterprises’ team is currently leading the ground-up construction of a custom luxury residence in Miami Beach.
